Typical sunny weekend!
How many weeks or month did you recovered. Did the doctor removed the plates and pins? Actually I have same calcaneus fracture, with surgery. I am now on my 7weeks Dis you go to physiologist therapy? Seeing your video as you recovered I feel a bit motivate. As you know I am on my difficult time now.
hi there- took me about 5 months to recover- was a lot frustration, depression, and therapy sessions- this type of injury’s pretty severe- but ultimately just needed to be on top of the recovery process and be Uber patient with it. the plate and screws are still in there- do have an option to have those removed but as of right now they’re not giving me that much of a problem- I say keep up with yer therapy, it’s probably tougher than the actual surgery- good luck and hope you recover soon 👍
@@jamesandlizzie2 thanks for the informations appreciate a lot, give my confidence to keep moving for recovery as you do. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Thanks also for your quick responce

hello, took me about 5 months or so to get back to work and doing all the normal things that I used to do prior to getting hurt- I say be on top of your physical therapy as soon as you’re able to- it’ll help you a ton. Best of luck and heal up soon 💪🤙
@@jamesandlizzie2 thank you brother ...... 🙏

Wow
How long was your recovery? I just had surgery to put a screw in my fracture.
hello there, took about 6 months- from the time I got hurt, surgery, post surgery, PT and recovery.
If that’s propane, don’t heat your marshmallows over that. You’re just putting the gas on your marshmallows. It’s the same reason you don’t cook them over burning paper (unless there’s no ink on it) because you’d be ingesting the byproducts of the burning ink. That’s why they taste “like wood” when done over wood, you’re ingesting some amount of carbon from the wood. Same is true with the natural gas and it’s really harmful and can cause inflammation. Peace and love.
BRO WHERES THE SEASONING

Hello brother, i had a calcaneus fracture surgery on 18th nov 23, by when can I be able to get back as normal. Please do suggest me with your experience
hey there- hope you heal up soon- as far as normalcy- or least pretty closed to it- for my case- took least 3-4 months- to be able to walk again (normally)- I pretty much had a stretch of 5-6 months of physio and patience. Depending on the severity of your injury- took me another month or so be able to get back at my job at 💯. I still get soreness on my injured foot at the end of the day- but I am used to it now- other than that- I am able to function as I did prior to getting hurt. I try to stay active and do all the activities I used to do like running, hiking, and mountain biking- it helps a lot with my condition- movement and extreme patience is key- also proper foot ware and foot insoles helps a ton- good luck to you and really try to be on top of your physio (PT)- really helps

The Digger to me kinda looks more XC bike than gravel bike as far as geometry goes. Not sure what it is, maybe the length? Looks a little bit longer than a typical gravel bike. I wanted to buy one a couple years ago while the pandemic was going on but it was hard to find them in stock. Hope you're enjoying it.
yeah- very fun lil ripper to ride
